Best Digital Entertainment App


Best Digital Entertainment App recognizes the best mobile solutions for keeping customers connected to the media they want.

This includes various streaming services or downloading applications for mobile devices that are emerging through the use of the most innovative tools for entertainment in the digital world.

During the Webit Awards Ceremony we will reward the Best Digital Entertainment App both for Bulgaria and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

Eligibility

This award category is open to all application developers and their clients who own the developed digital entertainment apps.

The award entrants must demonstrate that the app has been developed, operated or been available during and up to the end of 2016.

We welcome entries from the private sector. The following organisations are examples for eligible candidates, due to the nature of this award, it is by no means exhaustive:
- Broadcast, TV, Movie & Video apps
- Media, News & Publishing apps
- Application Developers
- Mobile Operators in partnership with any of the above

Criteria

The winner will be selected according to the following criteria:
- Quality of content available
- User interface - simplicity, intuitiveness and good user experience
- Audience statistics
- If subscription based - value for money
- Unique features - what makes it useful and enjoyable
- Innovation in content and functionality
- Ease of navigation
- All entries must be operating and available during and/or until the end of 2016


Entry Deadlines & Key Dates

The Deadline for entries is Friday, 31st March 2017

Winners will be announced at the Webit Awards Ceremony in Sofia Tech Park on 25th April 2017
