Chief Digital Officer, VimpelCom and one of The Founders of The World's First Mobile Phone Based on Android
Christopher is a European technology executive and entrepreneur. He is Chief Commercial and Digital Officer as well as member of the Global Executive Committee of VimpelCom (NASDAQ: VIP; serving over 200 million customers) and founder of yetu and NYOUM.
Prior to that, Christopher was global Chief Product & Innovation Officer, Corporate Development Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of Deutsche Telekom as well as Chief Marketing Officer of T-Mobile International. Together with Andy Rubin, Larry Page, Sergey Brin, Peter Chou and Cole Brodman he unveiled the world's first mobile phone based on Android, T-Mobile G1. Christopher started his career with Accenture.
Christopher has been recognized by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader and ranked one of the Most Innovative Chief Digital Officers 2016. He graduated from the Vienna University of Economics.
